Henri De Hoon joined the Squarefield team in September 2025 after having successfully completed his internships at ING, Nielen Schuman and 3d investors, where he contributed to various deal origination efforts, buy- and sell-side transactions and supported the management of portfolio companies.

At Squarefield, Henri is responsible for the execution support of both sell- and buy-side M&A deals, and capital advisory processes.

Henri holds a Master’s in Business Engineering from the University of Antwerp and a Master’s in Strategic Management from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics & Management.
