Dorian Bindemann
Dorian Bindemann joined the Squarefield team in October 2021 after having successfully completed his internship.
Prior to working at Squarfield, Dorian gained M&A experience through internships at NIBC Bank and Carlsquare, where he contributed to deal origination processes and various sell- and buy-side transactions for strategic clients and financial sponsors.
At Squarefield, Dorian is responsible for the execution support of both sell- and buy-side M&A deals, and capital advisory processes.
Dorian holds a Master’s degree in Finance with a major in Capital Markets and Corporate Finance from Chemnitz University of Technology.
