In October 2023, our client Pandriks Holding B.V. (“Pandriks” or the “Company”), a leading organic and artisanal bakery, signed and closed its refinancing comprising an amend and extent of existing facilities and an increase through additional facilities. The refinancing enables Pandriks to expand its production capacity and continue its impressive growth track-record. Squarefield acted as exclusive capital advisor to Pandriks and arranged a competitive bank financing package provided by an international group of banks.

Since its establishment, Pandriks has grown to become a leading 100% natural and organic bakery with facilities in both the Netherlands and Germany. Through its unique, artisanal and efficient baking process it produces buns, batards and baguettes. Its large range of stone-oven baked bread is sold frozen for in-store bake off, as well as in MAP format, to leading retailers globally.
