Squarefield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Parcom on the acquisition of Group of Butchers, a portfolio company of Equistone Partners Europe

In December 2020, our client Parcom, a Dutch investment firm, finalised the acquisition of Group of Butchers, a leading supplier of artisanal deli meat products, from Equistone Partners Europe, a UK investment firm.

With the support of Equistone Partners Europe, Group of Butchers has defined a strategic route of organic and inorganic growth and has strengthened its positioning with leading retailers and end-consumers as preferred supplier of processed deli meat products. Going forward, Parcom will give a boost to this strategic route by acting as sparring partner for management and by actively supporting the integration of recently acquired companies.
