In March 2016, Jan Vink and Walter Kluit signed an agreement to become the new stakeholders of Pandriks Bake-Off in Meppel, the Netherlands. Albert Hendriks will remain a significant majority shareholder.

Jan Vink is the former owner of De Bioderij, the biggest producer of ready-to-(h)eat pancake products in Europe, which was sold in September 2015 to Cerelia. Walter Kluit is CEO of De Bioderij and formerly headed the Dutch industrial bakery company Bakkersland.
