In 2021, our client Koninklijke Paardekooper Group refinanced its existing debt facilities with a syndicate of two Dutch banks. The refinancing is linked to the sustainability goals of the company and the support of the financiers will allow Paardekooper to further fulfil its sustainability mission and vision.

The refinancing allows Paardekooper to continue its impressive track record through both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Furthermore, the company will be able to accelerate its sustainability linked growth. Together with its financiers Paardekooper will further develop the sustainability vision and link these to financially incentivised goals.

Squarefield has been involved with Paardekooper for almost a decade and the refinancing underpins our commitment to fostering long-term relations with our clients. Furthermore, we are committed to driving sustainability across the Food and Agri value chain. Squarefield is pleased to continue the relation with Paardekooper in the coming years.
