Robert and Peter-Paul Menken have completed a restructuring of the shareholder structure of Menken Orlando. As a consequence Intersnack will hold a majority share in the business which is the natural progression after their initial minority stake which was obtained in 2007 and the subsequent growth of the company. Robert and Peter-Paul will continue to manage the company on a day-to-day basis.
