Squarefield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Kennemervis Groep on the acquisition of Bobeldijk Food Group
On May 20, 2020, our client Kennemervis Groep (“KVG”) completed the acquisition of Bobeldijk Food Group (‘’BFG’’), a producer of 100% plant-based products.
The acquisition will enable BFG to accelerate growth in its market for plant-based products. KVG and BFG are complementary in their sales channels, and with activities in both fish and plant-based products KVG will now be positioned in two strong growth markets. Remko Vogelenzang will continue to lead BFG within the KVG organisation.
