On May 5, 2026, the shareholders of Fromatech (or the “Company”) completed the sale of Fromatech to V. Mane & Fils (“MANE”), one of the world’s leading family-owned developers and producers of flavours and fragrances, headquartered in Le Bar-sur-Loup, France. The transaction combines Fromatech’s deep expertise in dry and liquid seasoning solutions with MANE’s global innovation platform and extensive international reach, creating a powerful partnership in the fast-growing global flavour solutions market.
Fromatech will continue to operate autonomously under its own brand, preserving the flexibility and close customer relationships that have driven its success. MANE intends to integrate Fromatech in a measured and gradual manner, with two clear priorities: maintaining the Fromatech model and the agility it is known for, while progressively activating targeted synergies to create value and mutually reinforce both companies’ expertise.

Fromatech is a fast-growing developer and producer of dry and liquid seasoning and flavour solutions, headquartered in Sittard, the Netherlands. Founded in 1995, the Company employs approximately 88 FTE across its HQ/R&D facility in Sittard and production, storage and logistics facility in Deurne. Fromatech operates five international sales offices and serves food & beverage producers and ingredient distributors in more than 70 countries, with particular strength in the Middle East & North Africa and Eastern Europe.
