Squarefield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Creamy Creation on the sale to STOCKMEIER Group
On October 22, 2025, the shareholders of Creamy Creation (or the “Company”) entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Company to STOCKMEIER Group (“Stockmeier”). Under Stockmeier, a German family-owned group active in food ingredients, flavour solutions and chemicals, Creamy Creation will play a pivotal role in expanding Stockmeier’s footprint in the global food and beverage ingredients space.
Creamy Creation is the global leader in the development and production of emulsified beverage solutions for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic applications, including cream liqueurs, cocktails, ready-to-drink beverages, protein drinks and meal replacements. The Company operates innovation centres, sales offices, and production facilities in the Netherlands and the United States, serving leading beverage companies, distillers and brands worldwide, offering end-to-end support from ideation to ready-to-bottle solutions.
Originally part of dairy company Royal FrieslandCampina, Creamy Creation became an independent company in 2019 following a carve-out by a group of investors, a transformation that laid the foundation for its continued growth and global leadership in emulsified beverage solutions.
Through the acquisition of Creamy Creation, Stockmeier strategically expands its presence in the global food and beverage market, specifically the important U.S. market, while expanding its product portfolio in the fast-growing beverage sector. For Stockmeier, already well positioned in non-alcoholic beverage ingredients through its Food division, the acquisition opens opportunities to strengthen its presence in the alcoholic segment and accelerate growth in new regions such as Africa and Asia Pacific. Together, Creamy Creation and Stockmeier will combine complementary capabilities, from flavour development to emulsified beverage innovation, to deliver integrated solutions and greater value to customers worldwide. Creamy Creation will continue to operate under its own brand as an independent business unit within Stockmeier.

Creamy Creation is a leading developer and producer of specialty ingredients for the beverage industry, based in Rijkevoort, the Netherlands. STOCKMEIER Group is a third-generation family business headquartered in Bielefeld, Germany. Since its founding in 1920, the company has grown from a regional trading house to an international group of companies with over 2,400 employees and nearly 60 locations worldwide.
