Squarefield acted as financial advisor to Calibra on its valuation.
Squarefield completed a valuation of Calibra (the “Company”) on behalf of its current shareholders and key management. The valuation will form the basis for key management to participate in Calibra and jointly realise profitable growth.
The Company is active in the processing and distribution of fresh poultry products towards retailers mainly in Belgium and the United Kingdom, operating from its processing facility in Roeselare, Belgium.
