In March 2022, our client Bio Breadness acquired the real estate on which the existing production facility is located. Squarefield acted as exclusive capital advisor to Bio Breadness on the acquisition of the real estate and arranged a competitive bank financing package to fund the acquisition.
Bio Breadness
Bio Breadness is a subsidiary of Pandriks following an acquisition in 2016. Bio Breadness is located in Fulda and produces the best organic bread using the same unique process as Pandriks. Bio Breadness is a partner of Naturland, Bioland and Demeter and strives to contribute to the organic food industry. Through their partner, Sauer Mühle, they maintain close contact with their farmers whenever possible and built on long-term supplier relationships.
