We are expanding our activities and are continuously looking for talented and ambitious candidates to join our Frankfurt office as an intern to support the team and gain hands-on corporate finance experience

knowledge of the Food & Agri sector allows us to deliver outstanding independent advice to our clients. Our

to an open, strategic dialogue. Services we offer range from assisting in developing and refining corporate
strategy right through to the execution of M&A transactions and Capital Advisory.

What you can expect

  • Participation in the preparation of market, sector and company analyses
  • Preparation of marketing documents and pitches for M&A and Capital Advisory
  • Participation in buy- and sell-side mandates: Preparation of teasers, information memoranda, identification of the universe of potential buyers, etc.
  • Preparation of financing memoranda as well as cash-flow based financial models
  • Preparation of company valuations using multiples, DCF and LBO methods
  • Support in the due diligence phase: Virtual data rooms, Q&A process, etc.
  • Involvement in client support
  • Work side by side with experienced and execution-focused investment bankers
  • An international network, cross-border deal teams and the know-how of our Food & Agri specialists
  • Opportunity to work in the Amsterdam office for a defined period of time

Your profile

  • Working towards or already completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (business) administration or finance. Other degrees will be considered if candidates can demonstrate experience in, or affinity with, corporate finance or financial analysis
  • Outstanding academic track record with strong analytical, commercial, and social skills. Previous internship/work experience is an advantage, as well as extra-curricular experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English (additional languages
    are an advantage)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Available full-time for a 3-6 months period
  • Commitment, independence, and a confident approach to challenging tasks as well as strong communication skills
  • Open-minded, flexible, performance-oriented and result-oriented personality with proficient analytical skills
