Squarefield completed a valuation of a European food packaging manufacturer (the “Company”) on behalf of its current shareholders and key management. The purpose of the valuation was to obtain a clear view of an appropriate valuation range for the Company.
The Company specialises in injection-moulded packaging solutions for the food industry and develops, produces and sells a wide range of packaging products, including containers, reclosable cups, twist-seal solutions and custom designs, designed for functional use, product protection and strong shelf presentation.
