Squarefield acted as exclusive financial advisor to the shareholders of Acatris on the sale to Caldic
On February 1, 2018, our client Acatris (or the “Company”), a Dutch leading producer, processor and distributor of functional ingredients and blends for the food industry, has agreed to sell 100% of the shares of the company to Caldic, a Dutch distributor of ingredients and chemicals within the industrial, health & personal care and food sector.
With this acquisition, Caldic strengthens its range of single ingredients and stabiliser systems. In addition, Acatris’ state-of-the-art facilities enrich the custom manufacturing and processing services Caldic offers, such as the blending, grinding, repacking and sieving of raw materials.
