Squarefield acted as exclusive financial advisor to Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods on the acquisition of the assets of NutriDutch
On February 21, 2022, our client Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods acquired the assets of NutriDutch, which went bankrupt in late 2021. NutriDutch made high-quality products like whey protein and edible lactose and focused on niche markets.
The modern factory equipped with the newest technologies enables the production of high-quality whey
protein and edible lactose. Together with the knowledgeable employees of NutriDutch, Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods will make preparation to start up the plant as soon as possible.
With the acquisition, Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods intends to expand its expertise in the specialties based on milk, whey and vegetable raw materials. The addition of the plant enables Vreugdenhil Dairy Foods to meet customer demands that were not previously feasible due to a lack of scale.
